I love the work that i do and having been a personal trainer for the past 6 years i am always looking to learn more and widen my skills.

As well as using machines and weights, i love training and working ones own body weight. The warrior fighting fitness course has not only opened up a whole new approach to this kind of training, but also made it enjoyable to pass onto my clients.
