Being in pretty good shape I thought that the Warrior Fighting Fitness course wouldn't have that much to offer me. After years of accumulating a range of body weight and home gym exercises, I didn't think I would be seeing anything new. But man, was I wrong! Sifu Orr's video productions (as well as his personal lessons) are known to be packed full of action and this DVD and manual set is no different. Compared to the other Martial art based fitness tutorials in my collection I have to say it's simply in class of its own. It wins hands down. I'm really looking forward to the next Warrior Fighting Fitness release. Mike, Wing Chun Study Group, Italy.
