Though such clubs were employed in India as a traditional means of increasing strength and enhancing muscular development amongst wrestlers and other athletes, its actual origins go as far back as Ancient Rome and Greece. We chose a name that was neutral, without specific cultural or historical connotations and focused more on the concepts of the practice rather than its origins - as a result the POWERCLUB was born!

The Japanese Chishi 'Strength Stone' develop a great amount of tendon strength which is often an area overlooked. Most think of muscles when developing strength, but the tendons are an integral component of strength conditioning. These exercises will focus on your tendon development and give your super strength gains.

The Sand Bag is one of the most hardcore functional methods of training you can do. As the weight is a more awkward to lift it saps you in a way you can't believe! It is an excellent training method for sports that require strength and power from any position.

Dumb bells are the most commonly available weight-bearing tool that most people are familiar with in their conditioning training. As long as they are used in a functional manner they are an excellent way to develop strength and conditioning.
